Workshop "Hack Ethereum to write secure Smart Contracts"

Ideal workshop attendee profile:

Who want to learn about smart contract development and security in a hands-on way. No knowledge about blockchains is needed, the workshop is self-contained. Some developer background is needed (ideally javascript knowledge).

Workshop duration: 3.5 hours

Workshop Description:
We teach vulnerabilities to create more secure smart contracts. No boring theoretical lecture, just become a virtual bandit for a few hours, without worrying about the law. You only need a laptop with a chrome browser and some coding background, no Ethereum or Solidity knowledge is required.

Learn the basics of Solidity and reproduce 7 previous hacks, like the DAO hack, where 3.6 million Ether was stolen (current value of $3 billion USD).
For every blockchain developer, there are hundreds of open positions, and this workshop is probably the most fun way to get your feet wet within smart contract development.

Trainer:
Viktor Tabori is a guest lecturer about smart contract security at several universities (like Hong Kong Polytechnic University and UC Irivine) and independent blockchain labs, and he is also the Head of International Relations at the Hungarian Cryptocurrency Foundation, and Director and Official Representative of Hungary at the International Decentralized Association of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain.

Viktor is a software engineer, economist, hacker: he led the full refactorization and conversion optimization of Szallas.hu, one the most prominent e-commerce site in the CEE region (sells $56 million worth of services per year) that led to 2259% growth and ultimately a regional the TOP1 Deloitte Tech Fast 50 award. Viktor has also co-founded a blockchain-based healthcare startup with a goal to improve the lives of 1 billion people by making healthcare more transparent.
